    + drink loads of fresh mint tea

    + spend a day carpet shopping even if you do not intend to buy one.

    + hit the medina square at night when street performers come out

    + pass on the market fresh OJ

    + if you can escape for a couple days take a day bus ride over the tizi'n'ticha pass (stunning and frightning mountain roads) and make way to the todras gorge.
