- spot on. i would say more, honestly for something you would really want. the housing market in the Bay Area is probably unbelievable to most people until they look at it/numbers. IMO, it outs 99.99% of the world to shame for it's outrageous prices."seems like a nice town..."
- HAHAHA. you need to go there nic. it is certainly a nice town, but it is also one of the *most* expensive places to live on earth. renting or owning property aside, cost of things are nuts. like arthur said, there really are no 'towns' anymore- all are quite big and much bigger than they appear at first. they also all blend together given the county/city layouts and geography so it is hard to tell them apart. you can, but it is becuase of the cars parked on the street, not the realestate values... ;)hell, just by a little bungalow in Woodside and call it a day. ;)
