much much better in IMHO
the squares now hint the grid a lot more than before.. its a start :)
theres little things like spacing between nav and squares than could be nudged a bit
the gray and dull blue are a bit... well.. dull :(
theres also little things like be careful he 'school' [under counselling] doesnt overshoot the edge of the grid
but yeah theres still a lot to be done
but it looks much better than when u started
