i don't like the navigation at the top like that - the tightness and greyness are somehow sore on the eyes.
kinda looks like you've designed a page then gone "oh shit! the nav?!" and plonked it on.
not digging the transition from floaty italic serif to hard roman serif to futura-like sans-serif.
i'd try and stick more with the floaty italicised serif.grid it out a bit more, save the file and turn off your computer. Come back to it tomorrow and play with it a little - give it a bit of heart.
