When I waited tables in college, we had a customer who "claimed" we made his enchiladas with the bottom of a beer bottle inside of them.
No kidding, this guy had put the bottom of a bottle into his enchilada HIMSELF and tried to say that one of the cooks did it.
I think he was thrown out of the place, it was just too absurd.
