    you're missing something Nigel.

    Clients surely don't want to hear about how you're pretty good at what you do, how you want them to be reasonably pleased but more importantly pay their bills on time.

    They to know that even though they're not paying anything like the NASA annual budget, they're getting an interactive, dynamic all encompassing media solution with turnkey ... blah blah
