Here is what I would do in the end, to kind-of cover your tracks...
Adjustment layer the hell out of it.
Things to add:
When in final comping, add an adjustment layer of subtle motion blur, obviously. This will help make the scene more believable. I might also add some kind of camera wobble to the entire piece, so that tiny shakes in the footage will include the billboard, so that, even if it looks a little fake, it will still seem to move as one element- so design civilians won't be able to tell the difference.
