At this point since he's already been invited I'd allow him to come since uninviting him at this point will only make matters worse.
When he arrives make a point of being extra gracious with him and even staying with him all the time.
I've seen this work amazingly well at parties before, where random freaks come in off the street. They are totally scary-but instead of booting them, the hosts are very, very hospitable.
Eventually the guy leaves, but he's never given anything to get angry about.
I'd also want to have some crew there in case of trouble & the cops on speed dial :P
