    i guess the few things i know about it are go armed with lots of info re. circulation, demographics, subscription info, newstand availability etc...its like a billboard in that sense...the more visible it is to their demographic base, the more valuable...so go armed with as much statiscs as possible...also, try and persuade them that the art-direction of said magazine is totally inline with their own. or to that effect...
