ok. the top navigation should have priority from right to left as arabic is the official language. meaning, HOME should be on the right.
get rid of the flash animation below the main graphic. it looks dated and is distracting.
since the logo square is orange and white, try to make the page mostly orange and white. white type on a black background is difficult to read unless you use a thin typeface.
as for the main graphic, it's too busy. too many conflicting colors.
