How do I get in on the action of designing piss poor websites for countries? Italy's website had a similar price tag and lack of any basic design,

(Apr 11 07, 04:05)you do not really want to do this, IMO. as much as i am for social services and the government coordinating these, i have worked w/ many US Gov't departments on large-scale web projects and it is more enjoyable to pull out your own teeth, than work w/in their process.
but ferfuckssake; 60mil euro?? i guess i could see that from Accenture...
