meeklo if you're serious into freelance turbotax helps you figure out exactly what you can and can't write off and helps you every step of the way.
that's something h&r never did, and if they did i'm sure it would have been over $300 because thats what they charged me withOUT itemizing deductions.
cable. gas. electric. purchases. giving to the good will.
ps. even if you don't give to goodwill i hear you can say you do up to $490 without receipts and not worry about getting caught. i started getting receipts though just to be safe.
