so here is the scoop on condoms:
theyc ouldn't name the small condoms small because noone, even guys with small penises, woudln't buy them so they named them "regular." So almost every condom out there that says regular is actually small--- now you know why they feel so tight. In other words the large condoms are actually regular and XXL condoms are only large.
