I'm grinding my own beans dammit...it's the only way to go...and do an IV drip if I could..

(Apr 9 07, 06:30)same here. at least until a few months ago. tamp it firmly yet gently, put it in the pavoni, wait for the pressure to get just right, ease the handle down and watch that magical espresso and crema drip into the cup.
i think i need a cigarette.
