Ok Ok, I've done some catching up on this topic... I just found out about this the other day while I was out of town on vacation. I think there might be some pertinenance with Spike Lee to SpikeTV... If I remember trademarks and wordmarks can infringe when its got to do with similar industry and region, not sure on the all the exacts but Spike Lee has been on TV his works, interviews, etc. Therefore he's pretty international and a television icon. If SpikeTV will be in all these areas too. So its kinda iffy, IMHO. Spike Lee's cool movie wise.... And Spike TV is cool, we should all just get a long, I didn't think Spike Lee til one of my friends mentioned the law suit and the whole ordeal. Yup. I'm done. Stop your bitchin.
