True, except it doesn't change that fact that everyone gets Apple Care and has to use it before maybe even 1 year is up, whereas it seems to happen less with other MP3s (and I've never gotten a warranty type thing with any other MP3 player).

(Mar 23 07, 06:05)I've never bought AppleCare. Never will. If I start having trouble with my Apple Products and get to a point where I'm disappointed with their quality. I'll switch to a different company. And probably experience the same issues.
