Can you draw?
Sketch out "Will You Marry Me?" in a really nice script font and ink it in during your free time away from her. Break out the sketch book one night and say you're going to draw her really quick or something. Ink in a flower or two while she's thinking you're drawing her then a half hour or so later have her close her eyes, when she opens then have the ring in one hand and your sketch in the other.
Then you can frame the sketch as a keepsake.
If you want to do it in the park under a young tree even better. Then when you're old bring your kids to the now grown tree and have a picnic under it.
If you cant draw... yur fucked with this idea. haha.
