I use Basecamp. it's pretty good, but as a previous poster said, it's near impossible to get the most important people to buy into it (ie: clients). The people you work with will probably greatly benefit from it - especially in highly collaborative projects.
There's always some kind of obstacle, though. Nobody wants to deal with a machine. They want to hand whatever-it-is-they-want off to another person to lessen the likelihood of their ass being held accountable if/when something goes wrong.
