    It's better than getting an email with the request and having to enter it every time by staff- just not efficient. Nor is losing track of endless emails of requests which is what is happening.

    you'll end up getting emails anyway because clients don't like to follow a rule that's set for them. they all like to think they're special enough to require a personal email sent to the big cheese.
