  having clients assign tasks sounds like the 5th ring of hell to me.....

  Well, all client requests would need approval/flagged to proceed. It's better than getting an email with the request and having to enter it every time by staff- just not efficient. Nor is losing track of endless emails of requests which is what is happening.
