K, so I posted about this on my blog and I think I figured it out. It's not about finding healthy restaurants, it's about finding healthy options at any restaurant.
And I don't think they pay extra to list their fast food site. There's an option for restaurant owners, and I think you just need to sign up to be listed. So the only ones on there are probably the ones who have an internet or are tech savvy. And it says check back daily for updates, so I'm guessing it's pretty new.
Anywho, it's interesting how they suggest how to order healthier at places like Arbys and BK, holding sauces, etc. to find your best option.
