i was at blockbuster the other night and i was waiting to get served because the lady behind the counter was on the phone with a customer and i heard he say " no no no its suppose to look like that" . i guess she phoned saying she got a burnt copy and she didnt wanna get in shit when she brought it back thinking she put in the burnt copy. The lady said that she was getting calls like that all day.
