    coroflot.com never brought me anything other than Aquent/Filter headhunters looking for poor saps to do Microsoft work for a lot of money.
    Collateral is - YOUR SOUL.

    Do good work, network, make a lot of friends and you'll have work comin' out of your ears.

    Also - figure out what type of work you want to do and go after it or propose it to current clients.

    I learned the hard way that the type of work you want isn't gonna get dropped in your lap - you have to go out and get it.
