of course i'm respected at work, cos i' m the boss, i am a taskmaster over 8 individuals that work for me because they respect me, not because they want to be my mate and come to my house. they respect my experience, the knowledge i lend, my sense of humour, my courage, my strength, and my undeffatigability, BUT overall the undefinable sense of well being the exists when i walk into a room. don't get me wrong, i have experienced some employees that cared not for my regime, but their tenure did not last long, and even that was too soon for me.for me, i am the epitome of respect! Yo Respect!
