so i was kinda wondering..as a designer...how many of you make all the elements of your designs? as in...do you all have your hands in some illustration and other endeavors that enhance your designs? i cant draw.

(Feb 22 07, 06:27)here, in every sense of the phrase it's a team effort. nothing anyone 'designs' here is 100% their own. We'll have meetings discussing how to make each and every design better. The initial concept can be yours but the finished product is usually a team effort.
I'm not very good with advanced CSS and AJAX, so when building prototype apps I call on the support from the guy here who is really good at it.
You definitely don't have to do every aspect of design well to be a good designer. SOmetimes it's all about using the resources you have, and calling in others to help get the job done.
