    hmmmmm, regarding bleeds, we usually go by whateverr template the billboard companies give us, but our smaller banners are printed here in-house and don't have bleeds, so if your printer has any specs, I'd go by those.

    we usually scale up our resolution when we cut file size to compensate, but you can base that off of how close you think the viewing distance will be to your art.
    You may want to keep a decent res with a 9x3 banner, once again, if your printer has printed large format before, they can give you at least a base res to go by, and you can bump it up as needed.

    And color is all up to you........
