    congrats dnb! it's all about just getting that schedule and sticking to it! i've been going on a pretty consistent basis (every night after work) m,w,f playing raquetball and usually hitting the eliptical for 30-45 min. after and then tues,thur saturday light lifting (i'm not a big dude (understatement of the year!) and don't ever want to be :)

    i used to make excuses when it wasn't a consistent thing...now i really look forward to going and feel like i missed out if i can't go for some reason.

    anyway, who cares about my shit! good luck, and stick to it!
