Remember that a crisp pms color like 375 c really can't be reproduced in cmyk. If you really want the color to work on every medium try an other color. (check the pms colorbridge swatchbook).

(Feb 5 07, 07:33)wtf..? i use 375C daily for corp ID. pretty much pure yellow-green. it's gotta be one of the easiest colors to reproduce in CMYK.. approx 40, 0, 100, 0.
if you understanding basic color theory its not all that complicated.
