When I first moved here I took a job that offered me more money and more holiday, and I was never more miserable that when I was working there.
Now, I've been at this company for 2 years, which is a year longer than I have been at any company, and even if I got offered $10K more to work somewhere else with a blistering client list, I would say no thanks right there and then.
The environment I work in and the people I work with mean more to me than more money and potentially better clients.
