it always looks like slideshow pro... doesn't let you move stuff where you want it , place thumbnails in rows/columns, above the loaded images, etc. Monoslideshow is pretty good, but you can't make the gallery thumbnails stay visible, there are no thumbnail captions and it disables buttons in loaded swf files
