Change is good. How long have you been at the current place?
I've got a wife and young daughter myself, so I can relate to that part of the decision making process. And what if your current boss matches the offer? Does the current place keep you happy creatively? How's it going to play into your career path if you stick around for another couple of years?
Stuff to think about, and all in all, it's a good problem to have.
