Actually, I did their test, got an interview. Let's clear up some mis-information here.
1) They tell you they won't use it for anything or show it to anyone.
2) Your overstate your importance or outright fake things in your book/resume. This lets them see what -you- can do. There is an understanding that you only have a couple days to work on it, and that it won't be perfect.
3) While your interview discusses your book as a whole, it centers on what you did on your test, and why.
4) You may never have had the opportunity to do something in the 'FI Style' - this is a chance to see if you can figure out some of it on your own.
Honestly, it was the single most aggressive interview I've ever been on - they don't hold back. Was that a good thing? I dunno.
