VISTA is a dog. A wet, stinky, fat three-legged dog.

The developers here have been testing VISTA for about 5 months now and they all have removed it from their machines.

It's still running on one test-bed computer here and it's slower than snot on a cold winters day.

No current software will work on it and from what they've reported any 'illegal' software they think will be found and reported behind the scenes.

No Zune connectivity, which is laughable.

And something about "... if one goes down they all go down..." which I'm still not quite sure about what they meant. I don't know if they were talking about networked computers running VISTA that if one gets infected/corrupted/stalled they all do as they're running together, or if one application/software goes down the whole system goes down. I walked in on the last half of the conversation.

And, I guess you have to have an ultra fast computer to run all the overkill functionality from about 2 years ago on it.

I just installed Tiger on my iBook 1.33 G4 and it runs brilliantly. I'd like to see VISTA run on a 2 year old PC.

To each his own I guess.
