I know it isn't easy, but forgiveness always produces a better result in the long run. I've been on the receiving end of the shaft in jobs before, and bitterness never helped me. I say start over somewhere else with a clean slate, and pay extra close attention to how you interact with people, in particular how you react when they bother/act disrespectful/slander you. I've learned the hard way that I can't control what people do, I can only control my own actions.
