Found out through a night out after work that a coworker of mine, one who is making considerably more money than me, lied on his/her resume and in fact, never graduated from college.
She's in a management position, my annual review just came up and they only offered me a slight pay increase, I attempted to renegotiate and decided it was best to hand in my resignation.
Today is my last day and we're all going out for drinks later. Should I send an anonymous email to HR regarding this person's dishonesty, I cannot prove it or anything but it kills me that the lie is what ultimately sent me packing.
He/She is not a designer so this isn't a skills based position, it's Marketing manager.

she/he confided in you. respect that.
and the fact that your review only beget a slight pay increase has more to do with you than her/his lie.

"I cannot prove it or anything but it kills me that the lie is what ultimately sent me packing."
what do you mean by this?
to be honest you sound pretty bitter and vindictive about this girl - I'd either ask her out at the drinks and get it over with or simply drop it, you'll regret sending that mail in the near future if you do

companies are full of lightweights that drift through life doing fuck all,
her qualifications shouldn't matter...
if shes doing well then fair enough as she obviously is just as worthy as anyone for that job...
if she lied and is shit and is affecting you and others then something should be said.
of note, shes doing a different job than you so that may be why she is paid more... designers seem to think they are doctors or something and are saving the world and should be paid a fortune.

Are you one of those people who leave notes to your flatmate's saying. "someone finished my milk and didn't even..."

i think we are missing one very important piece of the puzzle...
whether or not she's hot.
- Benja820
leave her a note saying that you know & blackmail her into doing stuff for you.
