dunno about canadian dollaz, detail all of what you're going to do for them...

Be sure to be confident enough and at the same time do not get tied to anything in the discussion, only in the contract.
estimate your time accurately, the cost of others who you will need to pay and add 25% to cover scope creep.
Also if you're up front about tying scope creep to a minimum and you swallowing the first $100 of costs yourself you should be good.
