regardless, depending on how detailed the cyan elements are, make your black build with a % of cyan. not only will this help your trapping issues so there are no giant gaps where the bg knocks out, but the ink will also dry faster, esp. helpful if you plan on flooding the entire page.
digital is a completely different process altogether.
