right, home is 91 years old, I think.
I bought it last year. My Mother is living in it, and I am fixing it up for my retirement.
We painted the entire exterior put a back upper deck on it, re-sided the garage and replaced tons of wood around most of the windows. I would like to replace all of the windows but I have years to do all these things. We also did massive amounts of landscaping.
