    I kindof agree with you edd-e but the portfolio is set up to be added too/edited by the client. If she puts 30 pieces in there the contact section will be 3 feet below the header so it will need nav. I just didnt think it would look right with nav to the other sections and not the background section.
    Plus most people wont treat that as a nav anyway, more like a list of contents..
    Just my thoughts, but thanks..
