Go back into Effect > 3D > Extrude and Bevel. In the cube graphic in the upper left, hold down the command key and drag an edge of the cube, watch the numbers and wait for it to change by 90ยบ.
If you use a 3d program, fine, Maya would even export vectors, but no point in using a nuke when a sling shot will do.
