Let me be honest with you. That's probably taken by tourists in or around a Game Park. A lot of your richer Africans, whether white or black or yellow, and I do mean yellow, that have money, live near the cities. Those are probably Guateng vehicles and that's probably Kruger National park: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kru… it borders Mocambique.
