i know there's rich countries in Africa, in fact there's a few Oil nations on the west coast, tiny ones, forgot names, in which everyone lives in mansions, penthouses and what not..
BUT STILL THERE AIN'T NOT ONE CHEAP CAR AMONGST THESE!

Let me be honest with you. That's probably taken by tourists in or around a Game Park. A lot of your richer Africans, whether white or black or yellow, and I do mean yellow, that have money, live near the cities. Those are probably Guateng vehicles and that's probably Kruger National park: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kru… it borders Mocambique.
btw, want to buy a BMV in ZA: http://www.bmw.co.za/z4_coupe/in…
np and they are far cheaper than in the State or EU
those vehicles that you see there are very cheap Toyota Land Cruisers and small Fords.

(Jan 10 07, 14:55)Angola is so mineral rich and wealthy it's sickening. Oil, Gold, Silver, Manganese, Rubber, Cobalt, Diamond and every agricultural export you can imagine.
Corruption is the problem. Land Mines everywhere from civil war.

also, look closely at the shot.
the drivers are on the right-hand side of the vehicle so they drive on the left-hand side of the road, therefore it's a former British Colony and a Commonwealth nation, so yes, it's Southern Africa
:)

Title: African Traffic Jam
Description: African Traffic Jam. The lions caused a stir when they brought a giraffe down and had it for supper. Stuck in the traffic for more than 2 hours in blistering heat. Lionesses and cubs enjoyed this meal.

(Jan 10 07, 16:27)yes
Botswana & Lesotho to name two. South Africa is a bit hard to explain I would think. It's a combo of First and Third world.
As I spewed previously, German, Dutch and English colonies = GOOD. Belgian, French, Italian & Portuguese colonies = BAD. There are exceptions over there, but that's the general rule of thumb.
