    all i know is that the fucking downtown ymca is going to be so damn crazy crowded for the next 2-4 weeks it is going to suck!

    I have been on a pretty solid schedule of lifting tuesdays and thursdays and playing racquetball mon, wed, fri (i know, i know... 80's coked up businessmen comes to people's minds) but it's actually pretty damn fun...and exhausting if you play someone that is better than you for a solid hour or two. then on saturday i usually go on a 10-15 mile bike ride.

    my diet is pretty healthy (ie. no mcdonalds or other fast food, but a lot of chicken breast and vegetables with some gin+tonics and pizza every once in a while)

    it also helps a ton!!! to have someone pushing you to stay on schedule (ie. friend, girl/boyfriend etc.) even if some days you dont feel like going to the gym just fucking go. you will feel better after! i promise!
