  it just spills into text boxes you didn't create?

  wierd....

  I know that if I have overridden a text box on a page
  and then I shift click -the type falls into my columns that I created in the beginning.

  I have no problems when I just create a master page with say several text boxes and link them.

  Then apply that master to say page 1
  (the text boxes will not be clickable on page 1 -thats ok)

  Then place a file choose etc......
  And shift click and the text flows into each text frame.
