For Production I'm not a fan whatsoever of it. Sure it's got great possibilities in the live realm (hence the Abelton *LIVE* part of the name) but as far as a personal perference goes, I'll be sticking with Logic for production.
that is a misconception, I only use live for studio work, never played live with it.
and I come from logic, (since the days of emagic).
The name might be live, cause that how it's started, but from version 3 up, it was also developed for studio, we are now on version 6.I respect personal preference cause I totally understand that, just correcting the info, live works wonders for production, I actually lay tracks a lot faster than on logic, by using the session mode first then recording to arrange mode, it takes a bit of time to get used to it coming from "pro" apps, but works perfectly fine.
