I think the worksheet is helpful, but you didn't bring up a whole lot about the bottom line: how you will actually make money/profit.
Also...totally agree with what others have said...you will have way greater chances of success opening your own studio/going freelance with a couple years experience working for other people first.
you can't skip right to the big leagues unless you are superstar...which most of us aren't. everyone has to spend some time in the minors.
