what about when you have a stove, and the grill bit doesn't even fucking work on it, and you call your land lady, and she does fuck all for 6 months, and then you get to a pouint where you have to smack it about a bit to even get the hobs to light.. and meanwhile your fucking washing machine breaks down too!
