i have a hard time feeling sorry for someone once they burn their hand after i told them the stove was hot.

If i told a person the stove were hot and they still burnt their hands - i'd STILL feel sorry for 'em, and run their hands in cold water and be like "shit mate!! you ok??" Especially if they had nowhere to go, no promise of any certainty, and deep anxiety in leaving behind everything they had ever known. But i'm kray-zee like dat.
