You can spew all the enthusiastic utopian delight in technology you like, JoshClancy - you'll probably find that myself and the other NTers are right there with you (i'm two-way interacting on the internets right now). What we're questioning is Time's opportune commandeering of the zeitgeist for what is probably little than middle media's own medium term commercial interest.
What's wrong with just choosing a person to be 'Person of the Year'?
