    Ok, so here's how to do it:
    - Your cambridge logo is vector, that's prolly ur bigesst problem. Bring the shield in as a 12-color GIF and mask it out in Flash. The logo type you can probably leave as is but you may try exporting it out of Flash as a PNG, reimporting it into the symbol, guiding the vector layer, and then check to see if the PNG file size is smaller than the vector.

    - You're using a bunch of different fonts, each different font embedding a bunch of characters (Bold and normal are considered two diff fonts). None of your type is laying on top of everything, so bring each body of text in as a JPG or GIF. You can export it out of Flash, take a screenshot, or do it right out of Photoshop.

    - Rotate and scale your book image to whatever it is in the ad in Photoshop. Export it as a JPG (Save for web) to whatever quality looks acceptable. Import it into Flash, and create a vector mask to create transparency around the image. To get rid of any pixel-shift pixelation problems, change Flash's render quality settings to best _quality="best";

    You should easily be able to get this under 20k.
    Cheers
